These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the data security service provided by Notrack.io (“We”, “Our” or “Notrack.io”). By accessing or using our service, you (“User” or “You”) agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
1. Service Description
Notrack.io offers a data security service that uses blockchain-based technology to protect and securely store files. Our service includes camouflaged and hidden access that combines the signing of SmartContracts and Keys in a specific domain. The protected files are stored on a web3.0 platform behind a hidden user interface.
2. Access and Authentication
To access the service, the user must provide their wallet address and a password. Once authenticated, a QR code will be generated that must be scanned with the mobile device connected to the wallet to validate access. The SmartContract verifies the user’s access and displays the contents according to the permissions granted by the Administrator.
3. Data Security
The protected files are stored on secure and encrypted servers. The server’s IP address may change periodically for added security. In addition, access from a private VPN is required, with only one IP allowed.
4. Session Control
Our service includes a downtime control for sessions, defined by the administrator. If the user does not interact with the system during the established time, the session will automatically close to prevent unauthorized access.
5. Acceptable Use
The user agrees to use the service in a legal and ethical manner. The use of the service for illegal activities or those that violate the rights of third parties is not allowed.
6. Limitation of Liability
Notrack.io is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damage arising from the use or inability to use our service.
7. Modifications of the Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be notified to users and will take effect after their publication on our website.
8. Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
